Your body deserves to be cared for in the best way possible, both internally and externally, and it is my hope that I can help you on your journey toward your goals.

I strive to promote pain relief, improve body function, and create stronger connections between the different systems within the human body regardless of your condition or pathology. I create an environment that facilitates growth, learning, and healing. I can also provide comprehensive information on anatomy, physiology, and nutrition tailoring it to each individual and their unique situation.

As an artist who has studies both piano and metalworking, I am able to look outside the box when it comes to applying bodywork to human structure and patterns.  As a lifelong learner of human physiology, I both see and listen to the energy of your systems to bring you to a greater balance.
